Concept

#FeelTheShit explores the experience of shopping in a store versus the clinical environment of shopping online.  This contemporary take on “window shopping” was done through an online interaction model. The experience is simple: the browser plays the role of the window, sliding past the viewer’s perspective at whatever speed they choose to stroll. I mean, scroll.

Execution

http://feel.thatsh.it is an immersive browser-based window shopping experience. The visuals sometimes overlap and have a slight parallax character, and are complemented with ambient background music. The user is given 35 opportunities to purchase designs on shirts sold on Print All Over Me, an online platform for real world collaboration and creation.
